Great Net For Bigger Water

This net has been great to use on bigger water, especially when I need a bigger net size and longer reach. Works great when fishing from taller banks. Easy to handle, tough composition and extremely light for its size. I highly recommend.

Daymaker Landing Net

Net is deep, lightweight, and so far very sturdy. Spent the past week catching fish and abusing the net. Happy to say it has already put some miles on it and is a great addition to the arsenal. Bought on Memorial Day for a significant discount. Sad to hear the news of the founder.

The net looked sufficient like the other nets similar in design. While it is well made and looks strong with a long enough handle to reach and handle fish, the diameter of the basket is very small in comparison to what it looks like in the pictures on the Simms site.

Best Net Ive Ever Owned

This thing is great. I fish inshore salt and needed a compact, durable net that wouldnt take up too much space on my flats skiff. I was a little bit concerned that it would be too small, but I was able to net a couple of 32quot; redfish with it yesterday with no issues (tails sticking out, but no big deal). No flex whatsoever hauling these fish in the boat. The rubber mesh is great and doesnt tangle up at all. Very pleased with this purchase.

Daymaker Landing Net

The daymaker landing net came to my door quickly and in perfect condition, it was exactly what I wanted, the perfect scooper for wet scaly things. Just wish it was a little more deeper but other than that I would buy again.

Wouldn’t might slightly bigger basket and deeper net for bigger trout. Great for small to mediums!

Ergo On The Handle Could Be Improved

It’s a nice net, super light and the short handle doesn’t interfere with my feet when it’s in my belt holder. my only complaint would be that the handle is a bit big around. I have large hands and I find with larger fish it’s hard to hold with one hand. the net mesh could be a little deeper.

Nice Net

Light weight, large mouth and good reach! only complaint I have is netting itself is very temperamental. I would advise not walking through much if any brush with this net as I tore a couple holes in mine on very small sticks getting to the river for the first time. Mine will be staying on the boat from now on.
