Great Sleeping Pad, A Little

great sleeping pad, a little thinner than expected, but still good.

Comfy And Warm

took my comfort lite mat out to the rockies in august this year and had surprisingly great sleep on this thing. when its nice and full it keeps my hips off the ground which is new for me. spent 4 nights on the ct and was warm and cozy. the pump sac makes it easy to inflate the mat and my aeros xl pillow. i would love a discount code to grab the spark quilt with a liner :) durability is a concern with how lightweight it is but if i can get 2 seasons and a total of 30 nights with it i will be happy with the money spent

Returning My Damaged Sleeping Mat

Returning my damaged sleeping mat was incredibly easy with Sea to Summit's return process. Not only did they replace the damaged sleeping mat with a brand new one, but they paid for the return shipping. I am delighted with the customer service I received and very glad that I decided to purchase a Sea to Summit product. I will definitely continue to buy from this company in the future.

Amazing Backcountry Sleeping Mat!!

This is a high quality backcountry sleeping mat that inflates with ease and stays inflated!! I can’t say enough about the company, Sea to Summit- they have great customer service and are there to help. I own three different Sea to Summit mats and wouldn’t hike without them. I also carry one in my SAR pack for emergencies.

Comfy Pad For Back Sleepers

This is the second S2S Comfort Light Insulated pad I had had-- the first one began to leak air after ~1 year of use, so after patching I sent it in for repair. I was told that the pad had a (rare) manufacturing defect that couldn't be fixed and was promptly sent a new one. This one holds air fine so far (I've had it and used it consistently for ~3 months). It's a comfortable pad, quiet, and feels like a soft mattress. I think it's the most comfortable for back sleepers and those who prefer a plusher mattress in "frontcountry" life. My partner has a backpacking pad from another company that feels firmer and would maybe be preferable to a side sleeper, but this one is warm, comfortable, and at least this one appears to be fairly durable. I like the inflation using the air sac-- it is so much quicker than mattresses that need to be inflated by mouth. It does tend to slide around a little bit on the bottom of the tent compared to other mattresses-- I wonder if future versions of this mat could have a slightly grippier material on the bottom to prevent that from happening.

It Was Good..

I was very happy with the pad as long as it was inflated. Sadly one night the seam (laminated) just opened and I found myself sleeping on the ground. Tried to fix it, but the hole just grew bigger.

Very Comfortable, Relatively Quiet, And

Very comfortable, relatively quiet, and the integrated pump sack is really convenient. I would give it 5 stars but it’s a little bit bulky. The trade off for comfort is worth it though.

I Wish That It Was

I wish that it was wider. Had a tendency to roll off of it while sleeping on my side.

Really Nice Mat, But Lacking.

This sleeping mat by Seatosummit is a really great mat. It is comfortable, warm and easy to inflate. My issues are not with this product specifically but with all mats in general. It is Very noisy to sleep on when turning in your sleep. So much so I try not to move so not to wake up people in other tents. Another issue with mats in general is they are very slick and slide out from underneath you while your sleeping or if your tent isnt perfectly level the mat and you included will slide down the slightest bit of decline imaginable. I would like to see Seatosummit address these issues that were unexpected in a high end sleeping mat.

Hands Down Best Sleeping Pad Ever

I always like to wait until I've used items like this multiple times before I write a review so I can be sure to really road test it. When I first received these sleeping pads, I was leery about how thin and lightweight the material was and was concerned they would puncture easily or otherwise be fragile, and I was also concerned they wouldn't be as comfortable as my older (and more bulky) pads. I have now used them on several backpacking and car camping trips and have found they are totally durable and are without a doubt the most comfortable pads I have ever slept on. It is amazing how light they are and how small they are when stowed and I am absolutely amazed with how comfortable they are - I'm in my late 50's and have used lots of pads over the years and these are the best. I couldn't be more pleased. I really like how the pillow attaches to the pad and I like how I can fill them up with the stuff sack, although it is a bit challenging to get the stuff sack to open up fully so it is full of air for filling purposes...only a minor thing but the one aspect I'd suggest they work on improving for those times it's really cold or otherwise you want to fill up the pad quickly. Thanks again - I'm thoroughly impressed and pleased and my back thanks you.

My First Use Was In

My first use was in a cold camp. No fire and set up was after dark. Inflation was easy and fast. The pad worked very well helping me to stay warm through the night and wake up refreshed.

Lightweight But Surprisingly Pretty Durable

Lightweight but surprisingly pretty durable as well as comfortable. I’ve used this on a few winter backpacking trips and have really enjoyed this sleeping pad so far

Wow This Makes Sleeping On

Wow this makes sleeping on a backpack trip super comfy! It gives a ton of padding for the weight. More importantly because it has many little cells of air, it keeps air beneath my hips. The other air pads I have tied, just pushed the air aside and my hips ended up on the ground. Best pad ever!

Insulated Comfort

We did a small camping trip to test out some new gear and this mat was like sleeping on a bed of down feathers. My girlfriend retired early, but when I came in from the campfire I discovered her sleeping on this mat, leaving me with the lesser quality mat. I was able to sleep on it for a few hours when she woke up in the morning and by god it is heaven. Buy this mat.
