Great Tempo/workout/intervals Shoe
The Endorphin Speed 4 feels quick, light and snappy without beating up your legs. It shines on tempos, intervals or any workout where you want to push the pace but not burn through your race shoes. The cushioning gives a nice mix of bounce and comfort so it can still handle easier running if needed. It is one of those shoes you actually look forward to lacing up on workout days.

Nice Shoe!
I bought these last month and have walked a few times and run a few times. Fit good right out of the box and I can’t really tell there’s a plate in them. Pretty light shoe and feels fine while running. Nothing to say about durability at this point.

Great Trainer/racer Combo
I got this shoe to train for 5k - half marathon distances. The formulation of 100% super foam and a nylon/plastic plate works perfect for me. I can train and race in them without needing expensive carbon shoes which have caused me injury in the past (Endorphin Pro 3). Absolutely zero injuries with these so far. I was in between sizes with these and went with the larger size and they fit well. Narrow fit but no hotspots, great for when I’m training fast intervals at 5k pace (~6:30/mile). Compared to the Endorphin Speed 2 they are not as bouncy or fast, but they are MUCH more stable which lets me get more easy miles in them as well to round out my training. Could use this shoe for all my miles honestly. Great price on sale now that the 5 came out.

What’s With The Heal?
Ever since the Speed 2’s nothing compares. My complaint is that with a 29” inseam and a size 12 shoe I don’t need an extra full inch added to the heel, they feel long and slightly clumsy for my stature.
