The Saris® H3 Trainer is made from cast and machined aluminum, designed to withstand heavy training. This trainer measures power, speed, and cadence. It’s built to handle 2000 watts and can replicate a 20% climbing grade. It’s designed to be both efficient and quiet, with a sound specification of 59 decibels at 20 mph, so you can workout at home at any time.
