Very Unsatisfied

I purchased the Saris bone 3 two months ago and I am extremely disappointed in the product. I thought everything was going to be great with this product for hauling my bikes but it has scratched two areas of paint where the feet were placed on my vehicles hatch and after taking them on a long trip the hatch has dents where the legs were. I can't believe this product. The damage that has been done to my vehicle is ridiculous. I am beyond disappointed in this product after I spent all this money. I bought the more expensive rack for the fact of believing it would be better for my vehicle, I was deeply wrong. One of the tie arms also has paint peeling and rust showing in the metal, the product is two months old!! Couldn't be more displeased with this product and I expect nothing to be done about it by the company other than an corporate apology email back. I will be sharing this information with all my personal connections so this doesn't happen to someone else.
