I got some other Salomon's two years ago in size 11 that fit great. Now, I got these in 11, too big (my foot was floating inside), so I got a 10.5 and went for hike. The toe on these shoes is hard, not giving like other hiking shoes. My toes are bruised and there is bruising up into my foot. I'm afraid I might loose my toenail. The size is all off. I can't return them, either. So, might work for others, but watch the size and know the toe is not forgiving.

The size on this ran large. I have purchased other Salomon shoes at size 11 and those fit, but this one was too roomy. So, getting a new size.

I bought these shoes a month ago for Coachella and I love them! I bought them and wore them to work to break them in for Coachella but they were so comfortable I didn’t even have to break them in. Now that Coachella has passed I am going to use them for work! The only thing I would change is make the show strings longer. I have a wide foot and the shoes fit comfortably but I have to stretch it to the end of the shoe string. There is a lot of room in the toe part of the shoes. I will be buying more of these shoes

I have worn X Ultra for years for daily walking, work, and hiking. I have a narrow pronating feet. A Pro V9 fits much wider and it no longer works for me. Please bring back a fit similar to X Ultra 3.

I used to be an x-mission 3 wearer. These are a good replacement! Where the laces attach at the toe is a little weird on the toe bones but does not bother me when walking. Comfortable and plenty of room in the toe box.

I bought a pair of the Solomon hiking shoes at the gift store in Hilo Hawaii. I needed a pair of shoes for a hike I was going on and I fell in love with these. I wore them completely out and I had to buy a new pair I love the quick lace and the waterproof. They’re great for your adventures in Hawaii, especially on the big island. It rains a lot there and the super grip bottom helps tremendously . Especially when you’re hiking volcanoes national park . You can see my old pair and my new pair. I love these shoes.

Was looking for a pair of comfortable trail runners for a trip I’m going on soon that also look good and I couldn’t be happier with these! Would recommend going down a half size though for a better fit!
