Best Review
These have literally been the best trail running shoes. I use these for Spartan races and Spartan Trail runs. They’ve last numerous races for over 3 years and still are going strong with no issues. They are light weight and comfortable and dry pretty quick.

Loyal For 15 Years, But Quality Is Slipping
I’ve been wearing Speedcross for 15 years now, at least 10 pairs over time. The model has always been my go-to for trail running and outdoor training because of the grip, fit, and performance. But my last two pairs of Speedcross 6 have had the same problem: the front rubber sole started peeling off just a few months in. That’s not something I used to see in earlier versions, and it’s frustrating given the price point and Salomon’s reputation. I still love the traction and stability the Speedcross delivers, but the durability is becoming a real concern. Having the same issue twice in a row makes me question whether I should keep buying them or look at other brands. I hope Salomon takes this feedback seriously, because the Speedcross has been a classic for years, but it only stays that way if the build quality holds up.

Fits Great! Runs Great!
All of Salomon’s shoes so far have fit my feet great - I’ve now owned 5 or 6 pair of the Speedcross 6 and have been extremely happy with the fit, comfort, and durability. And they’ve had some great bold colors in the past.

Excellent Quality Trail Running Shoe
I am a huge fan of Salomon due to these amazing shoes. Each time I run in these it feels like my foot is guarded but also free as the lace system is unique. They can take quite a beating and are some quality shoes for trail running. S+ Tier
