Great Shoe While It Lasts

I use these for trail runs and backpacking in the Sierras. They are light, comfortable, and I love the lace system. They're great while they last. My biggest issue is the durability. I had these for 4 months and they are already done. The laces have broken, the mesh siding has blown out, and they tread is practically gone. I know these are lightweight trail runners and not beefy boots, but it feels like every iteration of these shoes just gets more and more fragile and breakable. Given the price point I don't know if I can keep buying something that only lasts me half a season.

Have been running in various Salomon shoes for years. The sense rides are my most comfortable shoes for long trail runs.

Outstanding Trail Shoe

I purchased the trail shoe in preparation for a 35km walk for the Bloody Long Walk for the Mito Foundation last Sunday. it was rainy and slippery underfoot on some trails. The shoes performed magnificently, lightweight, no slipping on any treacherous paths and best of all NO BLISTERS!!!. These are the best walking shoes I have ever purchased

Great For Ultra's

Had some issues in the past with blistering from rub spots on other brands shoes. In trying them on, felt they were snug enough to avoid rub, but loose enough to allow the feet to swell. Held up over 100K with almost NO foot issues. Buying a 2nd pair for my next 100K ultra.

Loved The Shoe

Perfect fit and ideal for mixed terrain in drier conditions, but lugs wore out so have to replace

Confortable, quick and easy to put on. I like the lace system. Would buy a second pair to keep going on the same model for longer time.

Good Running Shoes

-comfortable to run and no ankle pain - it's not ideal for wet grass, water leaks into socks within 1 min of run - overall good shoe for running - ideal for runners

Brilliant Fit

Most comfy shoes ever. I usually require authotics in my shoes, but I don't require them with the Salomon shoes.
