The Funnest Ride

Poppy, light, great edge hold on steep couloirs, and quietly tracks on the morning fast, firm groomers. The ski returns everything you put into it. A 182cm length at 155lbs...a pleasure to ride.

This Is The One… Unreal Carving And Stability.

I have skied just about every Salomon QST since the ski lines inception. This is the first time on the Stance 90. I have been skiing the 90/188 at Beaver Creek daily. It’s my new favorite ski EVER. The QST skis carve exceptionally well on variable and hard snow. However, the Stance does it better than any other ski I have ever skied. It’s light, nimble and absolutely arcs on any and all conditions with confidence. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. Now, my only problem is… it’s the only ski I want to ski at the resort! If you’re looking to step up your carving and skiing performance to the next level look no further than the Stance 90. If you’re looking for a little more ski underfoot for more snow or variable conditions… think about the Stance 96 or the 102. The 96 is likely the first ski I’ll purchase next season. You think you like carving and charging? Buy the the Stance 90 and you can thank me later!

Objectively A Very Good Ski

These are objectively really good skis unless lightweight is your top priority, but man these skis can handle just about anything. You can play around and be lazy with this making it intermediate friendly but the harder you push it the more rewarding the experience. I tested both the 2024 and stiffer heavier 2023 version and I opted for the stiffer 2023 version in the 188 length for my 6ft 5in 240lb frame

Awesome Versatility!

I’m 6ft 5in 230lbs and as an intermediate the 188cm stance 90 was the perfect upgrade from season rentals for me. It’s versatile enough to be your only ski and allows you to be lazy and playful, or direct and carvy leaned over. I demoed the 2023 and 2024 version at Taos Ski Valley and I opted to go with the slightly heavier/stiffer 2023 version. Be warned though as these twin metal skis in 188 length are HEAVY but the stability at speed is awesome.
