Ever since you added the built in belt to your pants they are no longer comfortable. These were my favorite pants for years.

After being a loyal customer for many years, your products no longer seem to fit me. They seem to be geared more to young folks, and not to older folks like myself who are still very active.

These are my new all around adventure pants. Super comfortable material and fit, lightweight, and quick drying. I have been testing these for about four weeks, bike commuting and hiking and they are on my primary pants on my packing list for a camping trip to a lake this weekend where I will go kayaking and hiking. Durability: Much sturdier than a lot of hiking pants that feel like they will tear brushing against a leaf. Despite the durability, you are not sacrificing weight. Comfort: The stretch makes them so versatile and comfortable for just about any outdoor pursuit: hiking, biking (commuting or bikepacking not long recreational rides), kayaking, climbing, backpacking, etc. Also plenty of room in the crotch which is a complaint I have with some outdoor rec pants. There's virtually no restriction to movement. Also, the material feels soft against your skin, which again sets them apart from some hiking pants. Style: This is not a top priority for me, but I have been told they look nice from people who don't mind telling me when I am wearing something they find embarassing. I have worn them to casual work settings. Features: * Deep hand pockets and a cargo pocket with zip makes them convenient for people like me that always are carrying things. I wish the back pocket had a zip too for security. * Roll up pant legs with snaps makes them ideal for bike rides or creek crossings on a hike. I love my last adventure pants (Coalatree trail pant), but the ankle cuff was too tight to get it over my calf and they had drawstring bows at the ankles so not ideal for biking. I'd wind up just walking through the water and have wet pant legs for a while. * The built in belt is functional and works well. One less thing to pack. In the elements: These aren't waterproof but water beads up and rolls off. They work well in light rain. There is plenty of room to layer underneath for a winter hike. One qualm: While I appreciate how well they move, they are almost too baggy in the legs all the way down to the feet. I'm 5'10", 175 lb man, so it could just be my frame. I wish the pant had a little more cropped fit, especially since the stretch avoids the pants feeling confining. Bottomline: These are my favorite new pants I've gotten in a long time. The stretch sets it apart as well as the overall comfort and flexibility for a variety of activities. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

I use these pants for indoor bouldering and top rope, as well as wearing them for daily lifestyle pants, they are very comfy, don’t ride up with a harness on, but are still stylish. Easy to clean and seem to be water resistant as well in the rain. These pants can be used by anyone.
