Works For Climbing While Pregnant
I got the Small/Medium size. There is still a lot of room in the straps for loosening. I am 5’6” 150lb at 20 week pregnant and got this harness for rock climbing. I wear stretchy jeans bc there is no padding in the leg straps. It works great.

Great For High Center Of Gravity And Amputees
I am a double leg amputee at the knees with a center of gravity located in my upper chest. This harness fits really well and suspends me properly without feeling like I'm going to flip over. Adjustability comes from the shoulder and leg straps only, but they work in tandem to accommodate my unconventional body shape. Being suspended in mid-air is comfortable enough for sport climbing. You wouldn't want to hang out all day, but 5-10 minute durations are manageable.
