Crap
Bought this less than 24 hours ago and took it out the first time today. I weigh 225lbs, rated for 350, and I was sitting in 2 inches of water the entire time. The seal is also malfunctioning somewhere as I took about 5 gallons of water into the dry storage. Almost sank! Definitely not what I expected from a 600 dollar kayak.

Great Entry Level Fishing Kayak.
Much more stable than some other kayaks I've owned, with a wide base. Plenty of room for add-ons. Very comfy seat. I've been out for 3+ hours at a time and it's fine. See if you can get it on sale; totally worth it.

Solid Beginner Kayak
Bought this for my 12 year old son who wanted to join me kayak fishing. We were looking for something sturdy enough for him to stand in but wouldn’t break the bank. Pros - very stable and sturdy while standing. He says the seat is comfortable and the height adjustment is a nice feature. Cons - it does a decent job tracking but without a rudder it’s easy to get off course. Overall I’d recommend for someone looking to try out kayak fishing before spending big bucks on a higher end yak.

Good Beginner Fishing Kayak
This kayak is good for an upgrade. Only complaint is my husband is a burly 6’4 man and it is narrow for him. It has good features and storage. Good for someone who isn’t going all the time.

Fish Catching Kayak
I had an old aluminum canoe that had been a great fishing canoe, but at 86 pounds I could no longer handle it. The Pelican Catch Classic 100 weighs only 58 pounds and slides easily on and off my truck. Plus, I've already caught a lot of fish. I use a seat cushion that adds about 3 inches to the chair of the kayak and puts me up a bit higher. The kayak is great for about 2-2.5 hours of fishing. I haven't had it out in much wind yet, but it handles pretty well.

Pellican Catch 100 Is Rated A 110 If I Could
This is the second boat I have purchased after buying one last year for my son. The boat is highly rated and did a lot of homework before buying. We use this to fish back bay fishing and crabbing. It's a great stable boat and you get a lot for the price point. It's also easy to load since it's only 10 feet long making it a lot lighter than larger boats.
