This is the 4th Peak Designs different bag I’ve bought and the quality, functionality and style are always exceptional. It’s mainly been camera bags before but the bag is for weekend travel and the gym. Love it

Spent hours researching for a large travel bag that was carry on capable. Landed on this one and no regrets so far. Great looking bag and very functional.

Does exactly what it should with amazing Peak design like normal. Same complaint as everyone else that the magnets should be stronger but not a deal breaker.

This bag (50L Sage Duffel) serves my purposes for travel. However beware that there is internal structure that cannot be removed from the length of the bag and so it will not compress beyond 15in.~ at length. I worry that this hardware may eventually break or wear through the fabric with no easy access to remove it. Overall good materials with room to improve the design in minor ways, a four star product with 3 star storefront info.

If you are on the fence about this please give it a try. Was waiting to finish a trip to Argentina. Was concerned about space and carry on dimensions since was travelling 1 bag carry-on for 20 days and was in a budget airline. Needless to say it performed admirably, so many carry options and fits perfectly on overhead bins. No troubles at all, incredible zippers. Thank you PD!

Loaned my 35L Travel Duffle to a friend that needed an effective carryon bag. They liked it so much they got one for themselves upon return. Loved the sturdy end handles and modular removable handle straps and external loops.

If you’re looking for the perfect weekender bag, look no further. I picked up the 35-litre version in sage, which I must say looks stunning. The design is extremely thoughtful and works seamlessly with the Peak Design packing tools. Overall, it allows you to pack everything you need into a smaller volume than I was used to before, resulting in less bulk and genuinely hassle-free travel—without sacrificing easy and convenient access. The bag feels hard-wearing and is impressively weather-resistant. Last but not least: while this is by no means a cheap investment, it strikes an excellent balance between classy and stealthy. It feels just as appropriate at a golf club as it does at a boxing gym.

The color of the bag is much shinier than it appears in the photos. Some of the detailing is not as good as before—for example, the lengths of certain components are inconsistent. It arrived already wrinkled before I even used it. There are also bumps around the zipper area, which makes it look cheap and poorly made. Also, why do the recent marketing emails look so cheap? I give it three star because I got it during thanks giving sale, not worth it for the original price.

Another great product from Peak. Made me want to schedule a trip just to use it again. Great quality and great size.

This is so well designed it's turning me into some sort of luggage obsessive, it's really strong, you can fit a lot of stuff in it, it looks good, you can lock it, it's comfortable on your back with 30lbs in it hiking over rough ground for an hour. HOWEVER there is no anti-gravity function, really, what an omission, slackers.

I have been eager to try one of PD's duffels for awhile now. Finally got the 50L Coyote xPac on sale so I pulled the trigger. I'm always on the search for the "perfect bag". And while I don't think that bag exists, this duffel comes really close. The bag's capacity and ability to open so wide is such a plus. It's cavernous and the focus is clearly on the main compartment, as it should be of you're calling it a duffel bag. It's super comfortable and easy to carry on the shoulder. The material is durable, I'm sure. But it is rather noisy when packing and carrying the bag which makes me feel like I'm carrying a bag made from one of those "space blankets". Zippers are solid and extremely smooth to operate. Exterior pockets are useful yet unimpressive in their functionality. The interior pockets could be a bit larger without issue. Overall, I am looking forward to traveling with this bag for many more trips (I've taken it on one so far). It's the perfect size and is a real head turner. Very impressed so far.

I needed a carry on bag for a research trip to Egypt, and decided on this bag since it was 35L for international carry on size and seemed durable. This bag completely exceeded my expectations. It had just enough organization with the side pockets to handle all my small items while reserving the bulk of space for large items like my clothing, which I used peak design packing cubes for. I really enjoy being able to change the carry styles depending on the situation, and I found the backpack style to be very comfortable going through airports. I’m excited every time I travel because I get to use this bag. The only things I wish were different about this bag is that the magnets in the handles were stronger so they could match up together without much effort, and had a slightly wider opening on the main zipper. It would be nice to be able to unzip it and leave it as a kind of bucket. The internal frame of this bag is a plus since it makes getting stuff in and out of the bag a lot easier than something that can flop around.

I have traveled across the globe with this duffle and love its versatility and durability. My only critiques are that the clam-shape design is a bit awkward to load and unload, especially when not expanded. Also, I wish the sternum strap was a bit more functional when carrying it as a backpack.

One of the coolest bags I have owned that truly looks and feels high quality. The 35L is perhaps too big for a dedicated gym bag (my original use), but the extra space is appreciated for weekend trips. The bag has thoughtful pocket design and other nice features like the thief-deterrent zippers and different locations where you can put the handles/straps. The only reason this bag doesn't get 5 stars is due to minor flaws. 1) the handle magnets are very weak, and without a physical clasp it makes carrying the bag less comfortable. 2) the handles are quite poor as backpack straps. It would be better if you had two of the longer strap. Other than that, a great bag

Fantastic duffle. I have a bunch of PD bags for photography so I actually bought this duffle for the gym. It's amazing. So much room, large opening to access my stuff, and the symmetry is beautiful. I use some other PD packing bags to separate my stuff. Like I have the clothing packing cube for my change of clothes, and one of those ultra light packing sacks for gym gear; straps, bands, etc. I love seeing my PD duffle in the gym next to everyone else's cheap "sports" brand bags. I am curious why the 35L doesn't come with the carry strap thing that hold the two handles together, it would be useful to me.
