It's A Good Back, But No Frame Adjustability
Even though I’m not a photographer, I bought this backpack because I was intrigued by the idea of customising the inside and the quality. I needed a new backpack for my 16-inch MacBook Pro for an everyday city carry. This backpack works perfectly for me, and even though it’s just a 20-litre version, it can safely hold my 16-inch MacBook Pro. However, it’s not the most comfortable backpack. The main issue is that it doesn’t have an adjustable frame or height adjustibale back straps. I’m 175 cm tall, and I definitely feel this lack of adjustability. For me, the backpack should sit a bit lower which means my shoulders have to carry most of the weight. For this reason, as a hiker, I wouldn’t take this backpack even for a short hike. It’s a shame that a waist belt isn’t included. But since there’s no frame adjustability, the waist belt would most likely be wasted on me, because for my body shape, it would be way too high.

Absolutely Convincing Longevity And Versatility
I have been using this backpack now since it was first introduced a few years ago. I has survived countless trips to many countries and environments and it still looks like I bought it yesterday. All the features from side pockets to lid to organizational elements have served well in regularly changing configurations and I am looking forward to use it in the years to come!

The Best Backpack I Ever Owned
I can honestly say this is the best backpack I’ve ever owned. The Peak Design V2 is just so well thought out — every pocket, strap, and zipper feels like it was designed with real-life use in mind. I love how easy it is to access my stuff from the sides, and the customizable dividers keep everything perfectly organized, whether I’m carrying my camera gear, laptop, or just daily essentials. The build quality is next-level — sturdy, weather-resistant materials that still manage to look super sleek. It’s also surprisingly comfortable, even when packed full. I’ve used it for work, travel, and weekend adventures, and it never disappoints. You can tell Peak Design really pays attention to the details. If you’re on the fence, trust me — this backpack is absolutely worth it.
