Received Used Product!!!

I am super disappointed with my experience, ordering from public lands. I purchased this Patagonia Blackhole 25 L backpack on August 19, 2023 and received it on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 only to find that I received an obviously used backpack. The backpack I received has damage and signs of use along with smelling like cigarettes. This was absolutely a horrible first-time ordering experience. How does this happen and no one catch this in the process. Unacceptable.

Very Well Made

It's rugged and well made and amazingly lightweight. However, it does not clamshell open and it does not have a side handle. These flaws greatly reduce the utility of this otherwise really excellent backpack.
