Michele's many hats
The hat is comfortable, fits great. I have a pretty big head and the medium fits without squeezing. the brim seems a little backwards. It doesn't cover my face as I had hoped. my nose, cheeks, and chin are left exposed. I've turned it around and worn it backwards a few times. The comfort is great! I am hopeful they can correct the brim expansion for a little better coverage. the string is a must have for the wind.

I love everything about this hat, the large brim, the chin cord, the water resistance, the fact that it floats, folds up into fourths to stuff in a backpack and immediately regains its shape, easy to wash in a sink and quick to dry. This is the second hat in this style I have purchased. I highly recommend it!

Am a small woman so ordered a Small but really need an XS which Outdoor Research does not make. Not happy with the fit because when I tighten the ‘draw string’ elastic the ‘stopper’ no longer has a spring to stop it slipping so have to tie the elastic in a knot. The way the hat is designed, the elastic cuts into my forehead and leaves a mark when it is tight enough to stay in position on my head. Have an older Large Sunbriolet that was my husband’s: it is a better fit and much better quality hat. Needless to say I’m disappointed and would return it if I hadn’t already worn it.

It's a great sun hat that offers a wide enough brim to protect from the sun, but not so wide that it gets in the way. Great purchase!

I already own an older version of this hat and it is my favorite by far. Light weight with a good-sized brim to protect my face. It doesn't flip up nearly as much as some other hats in the wind. I have a large, female head and the L fits me great. Any one-size-fits-all hat it too small for me. I bought this to replace my older hat which has stains. I did return it because of the color and bought a lighter color.
