I have been wearing ferrosi pants for over a decade. They're great! Great fit, lightweight, and reasonably durable. However, the most recent fabric (as of 2026) is a major downgrade. It's stiff, coarse against the skin, and makes a super loud and annoying swishing noise like rain pants as you walk. Please go back to the circa 2024 fabric!!

I do lots of hiking and backpacking and have been looking for good hiking pants that don’t only look good on me but that were stretchy and breathable. And these ones check all the boxes for me. They also dry super quick and you can put warm layers underneath and not feel constricted of movement.

One of the best designed pants I've worn. Except for a minimal visual impact zippered leg pocket, they look like trousers and can be worn for most non-formal events easily. When traveling they will pass for more with a good top. They are comfortable, wash easily, dry quickly, have DEEP pockets and two zippered pockets. The colors are nice. They are light weight & pack small. I am 5' 7", weigh 130lbs. Size 6 regular fit perfectly.

Probably my favorite hiking pants I’ve ever had. Actually flattering, lightweight not bulky, pockets in all the right places. Worn for work (biologist) and play in Hawaii. Back on the website to decide on what other color I want!
I love these pants. Super comfortable for all sort of activities, especially when it's hot. I have a pair in navy blue that I've put through the wringer and continue to mend ripped seams and patch holes. These are the best fitting plus size hiking pants I have found, including specialty brands that make only plus sizes. Please, please, PLEASE make these pants in more colorways!! Or at least offer the ranger green in plus sizes. It's baffling that that the options are black, navy, and TWO shades of off-white, including one that is inexplicably called "dark sand"??? You've got to be kidding me. I will wear my navy pants until they disintegrate. With any luck, OR will be offering my size in new colors before that happens!

Love these pants! They are so comfortable with just the right amount of stretch needed for everything from picnic’ing out on the patio, window shopping in town, hiking on the beach and in the redwood grove.

I have 3 pairs of these pants. I work at beach park and wear pants 365 to protect myself from the sun. Only downside is keeping my phone in the back pocket has created a hole. Other than that they are my favorite pants for the hot humid weather in South Carolina. They fit true to size, form fitting, but aren’t restricting.

I love these pants. They fit great, wash well, and I get a lot of compliments on them. I’ll definitely buy in more colors.

Love my ferrosi pants. They fit well, are nice and cool, great for day to day as well as outdoor activities. I want more! Would love to see more colors and tall options for women though since what is available is pretty limited.

Love these pants. So comfortable and create no movement restrictions. They are very light and have the draw cord and zipper pockets which make them perfect for climbing. I have a curvy build and they fit my hips with space at my waist, but the drawstring helps to keep them up. Will definitely be buying more. Hopefully they make more fun colours!

I bought 3 pairs of these pants over the last 6 months. However, they all show signs of wear as I’m getting little “pills” around the pockets and seams. My newest pair, pewter, are showing it the worst. I love these pants, but the pilling is terrible. I wash these pants per the directions and do not dry them on a dryer. Doubt I will buy these again.

Could you please bring back Pewter color (not light) and Brick one.

At 5'3 and 127 lbs the size 0 short fit well with some room. Glad the waist has a tie string to get some extra cinch. Havent tested on the trail yet but they look an feel great.

These are great pant for general hiking. They're light weight and stretchy. I have two pair and would get more off there were more color offerings. For reference: 5'6 125 and the size 6 fits perfectly.

I wore a pair of these pants for 5 months continuous hiking on various trails - rain, sun, snow, mud, you name it. They proved themselves over and over. The length was perfect and I often wore them with home-made ankle gaiters. Also as I lost weight on the trail (don't eat the local chicken!), I was able to use the string to cinch them in. Lightweight and quick-drying, they made washing on the trail easy, and the navy blue hid dirt and minor stains well. The fabric was stretchy enough to handle climbs, scrambling, and long days with a pack, and while they faded in strong sun over time, that didn’t affect performance. The right thigh pocket is perfectly placed and no issues with the zip, and the back pockets are deep which is handy. I never quite got the gist of the little elastic things and plastic pieces around the ankles, so wouldn't be disappointed if they disappeared. I do wear another pair casually, and ended up buying Ferrosi shorts for hiking as well. For comfort, fit, durability etc. I can't say enough. Please don't change this product OR they rock!
