Can’t Recommend Enough.
I can’t tell you how many times this thing has saved me from downpours. I can’t stand being hot so usually hate rain jackets but the pit zips help so much with that. Packs down tight too.

Great For Hiking, Biking And All Outdoor Activities
I used this jacket on a rainy bikepacking trip and it kept me amazingly dry the whole time! It is super packable and light but also SUPER waterproof. Even while biking and sweating under it, the jacket stayed dry and waterproof for days on end. - Also paired with a puffy underneath, it became the ultimate layering strategy. 10/10 definitely recommend for any outdoor activity and its a great packable jacket!

Light And Dry!
I love this jacket. It is super light, moves with you, and keeps you dry even in the worst downpours. I have worn it off the coast of Oregon, on the beaches of the Bahamas, and on the streets of Japan. The jacket fits in everywhere. I have always respected Outdoor Research as a brand and this jacket did not disappoint.

Excellent!
Awesome jacket. Warm enough for a 50 degree morning without too much heat trap. have not tried it in the rain yet but the material feels excellent and waterproof.

Men's Stratoburst Stretch Jacket
Very light and genuinely waterproof. I've used it some this winter and look forward to using it this year on outdoor adventures. Sealed seams are a nice bonus. Thanks for the help!

Lightweight, Incredible Quality
Significantly exceeds its price point. I've used it for both hunting and as a casual rain jacket

Great Fit!
I’m 6’4 and have issues finding jackets that fit appropriately. This is extremely lightweight and fits nicely on the arms. I went with an XL. Going to test it in the rain and will update accordingly.

Disappointed In Waterproofing
I already owned a helium rain jacket and was looking for something to travel with that was more waterproof. The description says that it is waterproof, but it is not. Works for a little while in very light rain, but anything more than that and it soaks through in certain spots pretty quickly. Would only recommend this item for a beginner looking for light wind or very light rain protection. Not rainy day hikes or travel.

Over Weight
I wanted a durable jacket that was still light weight. This jacket made a nice compromise between the two at 8.5oz and a 50 denier face fabric. Unfortunately the jacket is quite a bit overweight at 10oz making it not nearly as competitive.

Stratoburst Jacket
I use this for layering while hunting and rucking, the under pit heat vents are critical while traversing elevation and hitting different weather conditions, the fabrics do a great job of dispersing wind and water it held if in the sage and scrub on a recent elk hunt above 9k.

Stylish Rain Gear
Maybe I'm outta date, but rain gear in the past never looked good. But this is very functional and stylish and works well as a good shell in colder weather.

Fits great and keeps you dry. It takes up almost no room as I travel with it always. Outdoor Research has never failed me.
