Works great as a midlayer under a shell, but can also be worn on its own. Warm in -10 C.

Love my jacket. I'm 5'9 160 and got a medium. Fits perfect for me.

This is my first puffy coat. It's super comfortable and holds me like a blanket. Perfect for moderate to below freezing.

5'10" usually wear a medium but went with a small which fits much better on its own and underneath a shell jacket.

I recently purchased and received this jacket. So far, I am very happy with it. I am 6'1", 220lbs with a fairly athletic frame and this jacket fits me perfectly. It is also very light and packable, while also very warm. It does a better job than I expected at dealing with wind as well. I have worn this in minus -5C with just a t-shirt underneath and was perfectly comfortable. I would recommend this jacket.

I bought this for my husband to replace several worn out mid layer jackets. He is very pleased with the fit (he chose a small based on the reviews), the attractive shade of blue, and the luxurious warmth provided by the 700 down fill. And, the fabric seems durable. A very good buy!

Got a medium because the reviews all said it would fit large (I usually wear large). The sleeves were long enough and there was room around the waist but I couldn't lift my arms well.

Love this jacket. It is a perfect weight for casual wear when several degrees below freezing. Very suitable in colder weather with a little bit higher level of activity. It is also nice and breathable at moderate activity levels. Nice construction and quality. Definitely recommend.

The insulation is effective for me up to 14 F (-10 deg C). Very light and versatile for winter sports. Inside large pocket is a good surprise.

Sizing is as unpredictable as other reviews have said, you only know if it fits when you put it on, the sizing chart is useless. There were a lot of threads when received. Without these issues, this could be a great jacket.

I bought this jacket in early November the weather was in the forties, so when the temps started to drop in to the Twenties and Thirties I started to wear the jacket. Under the jacket I wore a regular tee shirt and a flannel shirt, the jacket could not keep me warm

Purchased this jacket for my son for a trip to Zion this January. I was looking for a down jacket that could pack down without a hood (hoods just create more bulk to try and pack down). He hasn't used the jacket yet but it fits him pretty well (Large) with room to add a sweater underneath.

great down jacket that i use for everything from hunting to daily dog walking. My only gripe is the outer shell is very thin, so be careful and try not to snag the jacket on anything sharp. The Jacket is fairly roomy, which is great for wearing inner layers but less ideal to wear under a hardshell. For the price though, you can't beat it, definitely recommend!
