Got To Hat For Everything Outdoors

I have more than one of these now- two for work & one for play. Fits fantastic, easy adjustment tab in the back. You can "boonie" it and scrunch the brim to get that sun that's angled to the side or shove it in your pack/pocket. Take it out and a hard shake will get the brim back. I run this through rocks, brush, sappy pines. No issues or snags. Breathes well and has some water resistance. One of the best things OR has made.

Great Hat

A friend gave me this hat about 10 years ago. I had no idea it stood for Outdoor Research until today and decided to look it up. I wear this hat on every hike and fishing trip. ITS GREAT !

Favorite Piece Of Hot Weather Gear.

It looks good, it does everything you need and nothing you don't need. I love the way this hat looks and fits. I have a pretty small head and it has quick easy adjustments. The adjustments are so good that I ride to the beach and back home on my motorcycle without this thing flying off. When I get to the beach and ready to fish I can loosen it in less than a second. It's sun gear so the most important thing is the protection. it's still spring here in Florida but it's already up to 80s on a regular and the day in the photograph was exactly that. The hat works great for blocking the sun and it also does a pretty good job keeping you cool. The brim is stiff enough to stay out flat for coverage but soft enough to still look good. Used it all last summer and heading into this year i'm relying on it again. Caught my first pompano of the year and the photograph came out great so I figured i'd actually write a review.

Best Sun Hat I Ever Had

Bought one 15 years ago. I used it for a year in France, six years in Spain also in Florida and now in north Carolina. It's been at the beach, in the mountains, in heat and in cold. Love it so much that I just bought another one!

Great Hat. Love It On The Water

I use this hat when I take out my canoe or go fly fishing. often times I won't realize I'm actually sweating because the wicking function is THAT good. The ONLY thing I would change if I could would be if the fabric could resist or wouldn't take a memory quite so readily.
