Bought this as a bag liner for the Tempest 28. Whilst I haven't tested it in a downpour yet, I have little doubt it's waterproofing will hold up. It fits perfectly inside the Osprey Tempest 28 rucksack. The quality feels good and resistant to tears, whilst the sack is lightweight enough to not affect pack weight too much. Would recommend.

The Closure Of The Dry Bag Is Terrible. Don't Buy!
The closure of the dry bag is terrible. Almost every time you try to carry the dry bag, the closure comes open. As a result, the dry bag falls down and the contents get wet. I don’t know whether the dry bag was ever practically tested, and I can’t imagine that it was.
