Great support by Osprey on this warranty replacement. The new pack is shorter but wider than my last Daylight, just as comfortable and sturdy though. Super sharp looking piece of kit as well.

Excellent service. Thank you so much. Your people are such a joy to work with. However the product zipper has a latent defect that has not been corrected. The zipper doesn’t hold up. Only lasts about a year then the cloth part of zipper goes bad. I’ve returned daylite many times. While I appreciate the all might guarantee, it’s still a hassle to continue this process. But, I’m with Osprey. Just letting you know because you asked. All the best. J heal.
