Well Built With A Huge Flaw
I’m trying to write a balanced review in hopes of helping Ooni (who I’m a huge fan of) fix a fatal flaw with the design of this product that I really wanted to love. The Pros: Well built. This thing is rugged. The modular containers can be filled and placed in the fridge ahead of time. So I appreciate the seal, even though it pops off easily and needs to be adjusted (not a big deal to me). Love having so many containers for a variety of toppings. The cons The size. This thing is long. Ooni says it will work with its modular tables. This is only partly true. It will only work on the biggest one. The issue is the design. The base has to be on a LARGE flat surface or the containers pop out. When I ordered it I assumed it would slip onto the side of the modular tables. Nope. I’m really baffled as to why they missed the chance to make that possible. It’s so big and heavy that I’m left leaving inside my house because there is no where else it fits so the containers don’t pop out. I had already thrown away all of the packaging otherwise I’d return it. Ooni: you may have had a reason you designed it this way, but that reason is not good compared to how frustrated you make fans who paid a premium for something that’s going to make me mad every time I pull it out and have to figure out where to set it so it stays together.

We Love It! We Use
We love it! We use it for more than just pizza toppings - anytime we cut or chop produce, each item gets bento boxed in a container to add to what we cook. We simply use the covers and place them in the refrigerator when done. So convenient! It now lives on our countertop and use it daily.

Visually Good, Practically Useless
Rubber seals constantly comes off lids making it had work to use.

Practical
Practical and storage from rack to fridge with own lids. If the design had a closed base you could fill will ice to keep contents cool. Kinda like a Bain Marie design but for chilled.

Excellent Quality. Containers Are Air
Excellent quality. Containers are air tight, which is very useful for storing ingredients in the fridge.
