I made this in my Zojurushi bread machine and separated into 4 balls. Froze 2 and let the other 2 cold proof for a few days. The pizza came out great, I then thawed the other 2 and let cold proof for 2-3 days with great results. This is a great option to have available. I usually make my own dough but will buy this again.
