Proof went well, was easy to shape into 12" crust. Thin and crisp! Will buy again!

This is a great pizza! I do not like to use the semolina… I instead just use a little bit of flour on the peel as I think it works better. The base has very little flop. The taste was wonderful.

I put the ingredients in as the box said and it never formed a dough ball. it was runny

I made this in my Zojurushi bread machine and separated into 4 balls. Froze 2 and let the other 2 cold proof for a few days. The pizza came out great, I then thawed the other 2 and let cold proof for 2-3 days with great results. This is a great option to have available. I usually make my own dough but will buy this again. (I wrote a review earlier but it has never appeared so thought I’d write again)

I made the dough using my bread machine dough function then separated into 4 balls putting 2 in freezer. I let the other two rise in the fridge for a few days. It came out great, very easy to work with and cooked into a super crust that was foldable yet chewy. The price is a bit high but comparable to what one would pay for store bought dough. I usually make my own dough which of course is most economical but I will purchase this again. I’ve been using my Big Green Egg for pizza but bought an Ooni Karu 12 yesterday for an early Xmas girt to me and hubby.
