Amazing Pizza Oven

This is by far the best product! I never imagine a pizza oven for the outdoors. The fact that I have another appliance besides the grill is great. It was pretty easy to put together. I love the way it cooks pizza. My kids prefer pizza in this now. You can also cook more than just pizza in this too. Having the gas tanks makes it perfect to move around and to control temperature. One of the best products!

My First Pizza Oven

This is my first actual pizza oven, that being said I have some issues with it. Lighting it is a pain, it never lights easily and takes a bit of time using the auto lighter and usually shoots a decent sized fireball out of it. It’s hard to get the stone hot enough for a good crisp on the bottom of a pizza. Cooking multiple pizzas, after the first it takes quite a bit of time to reheat the stone enough to get a decent crisp on the bottom. That being said I’ve still be able to make great pizzas.

Koda 2 Vs Brick Oven

I actually have also had a brick pizza oven for about 10 years but was finding it difficult to source good wood and tired of the hour long heat up time. The difference with the Koda 2 was night and day! On demand fuel, relatively short heat up, great heat distribution making for a great cook. Now, homemade pizza is something that I can do anytime and just for the two of us if we want.

Pizza In 90 Seconds!

I've used the stove twice now- first on Mother's Day, then for a birthday. It's been great! I have about 12 pizzas under my belt now. Every pizza was charred on one side for the first party, but still tasty. After a couple of weeks to think about things, all pizzas came out perfectly for the second outing. Pizza in 90 seconds!
