It’s A Learning Process

Love the pizza oven but getting the pizza to launch is taking so learning. It’s been fun

Pretty Awesome When It Works.

Pretty awesome when it works. However it keeps shutting off when it isn’t warm which is frustrating.

Cost Effective Pizza Oven

Easy to use , cost effective pizza oven. Recommended.

As A Beginner Pizza Maker,

as a beginner pizza maker, still trying to figure out the heat zones and the right dough consistency to optimize the pizza. The oven is easy to use and looks great!

Designed For Neapolitan Pizza

At 900 degrees in the back left, you have about 25 seconds before the pizza starts to burn. My most successful pizzas have been turning off the oven just before launch and then back on after a few minutes to brown the cheese. So there is a “dance” and a learning curve to the process. Will I enjoy learning it or wish I had something that was a little more hands off is yet to be seen.
