The first pizza attempts were good. Next time I'll reduce the moisture content of the dough. Have also roasted veggies and cooked a whole fish. Loving the Ooni.

You can’t get a better oven for this price. Its big cooking area makes it easy to make consistent pizzas, just 60-90 seconds with one 180 turn half way through and you’re done.

Failure

Been making homemade pizza, Stromboli, and calzones in my oven for years. Now trying to launch the same dough I’ve always used into the Ooni has been a complete failure. I’ve also tried a second type of dough using double zero flour, and that was even worse.
