My oven broke after almost 5 yers. Quick response, advices and solution oriented. Had a replacement oven after other solutions did not fox the problem. Very good!

This pizza over it’s great. . I have just figured out how can I cook better in the middle because when I put all ingredients and mozzarella on top just have hard time to cook in the middle

Works exactly as advertised. website said it comes with a guide with receipies, etc. , but I did not get this. Can you please send me a replacement?

Efficient But Hard To Dial In

Love the build quality and power of the burners. Set up was easy. I wish the three legs would “click” into place — the unit is heavy and when you move it the legs flop into awkward portions and it’s tricky to set down. In terms of cooking pizza - there is quite a learning curve. I cook a more NY-style slice and it’s easy to go from undercooked to burnt in seconds. Yes - I’ve watched the tutorials, talked to others, and experimented - but it definitely takes practice.

Hate It

Tried using it to make NY style pizza and it is not possible. The flame is too high or too low. Absolutely hate this oven. Piece of crap.
