In the preliminary start up the oven after 30 minutes was just below 790 degrees. I thought the unit should reach 900-1000? Advise

Excellent Pizzas

This is my second Ooni Koda 16. The first one last almost 6 years. I make 3 or 4 pizzas on average every Sunday apart from holidays away whatever the weather (I live in Scotland ). My pizza oven is housed in a gazebo on the Ooni stainless steel table and covered after cooling down. I make sourdough pizzas and launch from the wooden Ooni pizza peel. Pizzas taste fantastic. Reason for 2nd purchase the first one had a problem with the gas cable.

Service Minded

My oven broke after almost 5 yers. Quick response, advices and solution oriented. Had a replacement oven after other solutions did not fox the problem. Very good!
