Never Buy Frozen And From Pizzeria

Great Pizza oven. Have to say first pizzas looked really good like from a Pizzeria only fresher. My first gluten free looked flat due to yeast not active my fault but tasted really good . Done wood first four weeks really easy to do but you have to keep an eye on it. Used gas for the first much easier to control the temperature but not much of taste loss between wood and gas. Highly recommend due to the quality and build of the oven. Looks like it will last years. Even the packaging is 5 star. Don’t really need the digital thermometer as once in the orange good to launch. Bought one but really not needed. Brush is needed to clean over spill of charcoal or wood off the stone, peel and launcher. Highly recommend buying one loads of fun for the family. Look forward to ever Saturday being pizza day.

Still Learning To Use It.

Nice door, also rear hatch better for adding fuel. But does it make better pizza? Not sure yet as the toppings seem to burn before the base is cooked. Going to do a back to back video to compare to my other brand oven.

Delicious Pizzas By Ooni

This is so easy to set up and use whether using wood or converting to propane. There is definitely some technique to preparing the dough and launching the pizzas, but they turn out so delicious. Keeping it simple as a novice and watching videos and reading great instructions by Ooni makes this possible. I’m Looking forward to getting better and enjoying every pizza on this journey.
