Multiple Uses!!

Love this peel. This is also the perfect serving tray. Slice the pizza right on the peel, and serve. Another great purchase for my oven.

Beautiful Bamboo Peel

fantastic looking and feeling serving/cutting board. make sure to only ever use one and then same side for cutting and the other for serving, plating or launching. cuts in the wood will eventually do impact the dough rolling. love it
