Beautiful Bamboo Peel
fantastic looking and feeling serving/cutting board. make sure to only ever use one and then same side for cutting and the other for serving, plating or launching. cuts in the wood will eventually do impact the dough rolling.

Very nice peel that came with 12”Ooni. However, I soon ordered metal peel for launching pizza into oven, after preparing pizza and toppings on bamboo and transferring it to perforated metal peel.
