Using cord within the advertised specs slips behind the clasp under tension. Does not secure as expected.

Easy To Use, Works Well
I use this cord tightener to snug up the tension on the tip of a patio shade sail. It works well, is easy to use. Because it’s plastic, I wonder how it will hold up to UV exposure.

Used To Be A Great Product
I have several of these that I have used over the years, but the last several that I have bought have failed rather quickly. It's always been the cam wheel just coming off while under tension. And there no way to put it back on because it breaks the tabs. Will not buy the plastic ones anymore.
