Great Bike

This bike is so cute, and perfect for first riders. The only complaint is; this thing is heavy duty. So it’s heavier than the bike we came from. It’s easy for my 3 year old to tip. After 2 wrecks, the paint has held up and no scratches. We accessorized with a pink bell and matching streamers. My 3 year lld has no complaints.

Great Beginner Bike

This little girls’ bike with training wheels is absolutely perfect! The size is just right for my daughter, and the bike feels sturdy and well-made. The training wheels provide great balance and stability, which really helped build confidence while my daughter is learning to ride. The colors and design are super cute and were an instant hit since they’re her favorite colors! My husband said the assembly was easy and didn’t take him very long. The bike seems to ride smoothly even on our rough Florida roads. It’s been so fun watching the excitement and smiles every time she rides her new bike. She obviously wears a helmet(not pictured) but wanted to pose with her new bike without it. Highly recommend for beginners!

Mini Bike

The bicycle was very easy to assemble, and the materials feel strong and durable. Everything works properly and as expected. The only issue is that it is quite small; it fits my 5-year-old daughter, but it may not allow much room for growth. Overall, it is a good-quality product.

No Kickstand On Either Size

I bought this onlune and another bike. We picked the bikes up and i thought they would be built when they said they were ready but i had to tell them I wanted them built. When ordered it said free assembly but nowhere to request thats how we wanted them at pick up. They called us back and helped us load them into the truck for Christmas. We let a few days go by and Christmas eve we bring everything from the garage to downstairs and noticed the back wheel doesn't touch the ground and it has 2 different size training wheels. On a day we were having family over I had to go back and get it corrected. Not that they weren't nice about it but I wish I had someone compensate some credit for the hassle.

Easy Assembly. Easy Riding

Easy to assemble, took my husband 10minute. Doesn’t come with directions. It has an online assembly book but it is very generic for all Nishiki bikes. Training wheels were extremely simple to install and remove. It is a perfect bike for my 4 year old. I definitely recommend this bike.

Great Toddler Bike For Learning!

A great entry level bike for my son. The wheels are very sturdy, training wheels are on the ground for stability and adjustable seat + handlebars make for a perfect fit as he grows. It’s also really stylish and he loves the colors.

Easy Assembly Perfect First Bike!

Got this for my daughter’s first bike. It was super easy to put together and basically needed no tools. Instructions are a little lacking but I was able to figure it out pretty easily. The bike is great too! Well made, on the smaller side which is perfect for my daughter. She’ll use this for a few years and get used to riding a bike before we upgrade her.

Quick & Easy Assembly, Solid Quality.

We were in the market for a new bike for our 4 year old, as they had expressed interest in moving up from a tricycle to a "big kid" bike and were pleasantly surprised (and thankful) to have a chance to review a bicycle with training wheels in their size. We received the Nishiki Youth 12" Durango in black/blue. The bicycle is exactly as what is shown on the box and I'll get this out of the way first, since people often look for this answer: it literally took 10 minutes to set up total. 5 minutes to put together and make sure it was right, then 5 minutes to make adjustments based on your child's sizing needs. That's it. It was that easy. The entire build quality of the bicycle is excellent. It feels very sturdy and made with durable materials, which is great since kids that age tend to be rough with everything. The main body of the bicycle comes pre-assembled with the chain and chain cover already installed, which means there is zero fuss or hassle in trying to get the chain on and secured properly. The handlebar is secured down with an included allen wrech (those L-shaped hand tools) and it is extremely easy to loosen and tighten the bolt to raise or lower the handlebar. From here, there were 2 standout features that really impressed me. First, to adjust the height of the seat, there is a lever connected to a screw that makes it easy to loosen, raise or lower the seat, and then tighten back securely in place. It made the process of making adjustments extremely seamless. The next standout feature were the training wheels. You simply push the training wheel arm into a bracket on the bicycle and it locks into place. To release it, there is a pressure switch on each side of the bracket that you press down on together to release the training wheel arm. When I compare this to the training wheels I had back in the day where you needed a screwdriver set to attach and detach them, this actually impressed me a lot. This means when my child is ready to try riding without the training wheels, I can remove them on the spot. The training wheels are slightly bowed to make sure both training wheels are not completely on the ground at the same time (less than a quarter inch off the ground on either side), which is great, since it encourages kids to find and maintain their balance to eventually move away from needing training wheels. It is so well made, that there was absolutely zero adjustment time needed and it was extremely instinctive for my child to get on the bicycle and go. Unfortunately, it has been extremely cold where we are and we have experienced torrential downpours or heavy snow (sometimes both at the same time), so our child has not been able to try the bicycle out to its full extent, but from the times they were able to get out there, they absolutely loved it. In their words, "the bike is perfect!". They really like how smooth the bicycle rides, even with the training wheels. They did note that it takes a bit of strength to move the pedals when you first try to start pedaling, but they liked that, as it would prevent them from moving too fast when first starting. Our child is also large and extremely tall for their age, so they really appreciated the capability to adjust the height of both the handlebars and the seat to accommodate their size. Bottom line? I would highly recommend this bicycle. If you're in the market for a bicycle with training wheels that's durable and quick/easy to assemble/adjust, then this is it.

Great Beginner Bike

This bike is very easy to assemble, it only took about 5 minutes to put together. This bike is not only easy to assemble but so cute and well made too. The handle bars are nice material, reflectors on tires are a good size and training wheels are sturdy and not wobbly. This is a great beginner bike. Due to weather we have only been able to ride the bike inside the house and in garage, but so far so good. The pink and white combo is very appealing to the eye too. Nice color combo.

This bike is the perfect size for a 4-6 year old child. I am not really good on putting things together and I got a bit frustrated at first because it doesnt come with step by step instruction but I was able to figure out how to put it together with no hlep. This bike is not heavy and with the trainig wheels, hight adjustments and durability it will be enjoyed for a long time. Highly recomended

Youth 12" Bike With Training Wheels In Blue And Black

Great, sturdy bike for my 3 year old grandson. It's one he'll be able to use now while he needs training wheels, and then will be able to use for a number of more years when we remove the trainers. The bike is a great blue and black color. It's very easy to put together and doesn't require many tools.
