Really, Really Nice Tent!

I bought this tent for a 6 day river trip that my wife was accompanying me on. I’m usually off on my raft by myself but with her going I knew we would both appreciate the extra space the Aurora would provide. We were in southern Utah and was super hot but one thing we noticed was how well the tent vented reducing the interior nighttime temps to a very comfortable level. Being as tall as it is I was concerned with how well it would handle windy conditions. When the wind came up to my surprise the tent did great! It stood firm with NO rain fly flapping! Because of the length of the poles setup takes a bit of getting used to but after the first couple times it went up without a hitch! I would buy this again with no reservation.

Great Tent, Annoying Advertising

I love the tent, but the company logo and name should be smaller and near the ground. I camp to get away from civilization, but what do I see when I lie down? Four backwards copies of the same self-promotion all over the ceiling.

Excellent For Our Family Of 5!

We bought this tent because we wanted a tent that wasn’t made with toxic chemicals and could be spacious enough for our (still) growing family of 3 kids, 2 adults, and a dog. We camp several times a year and used this tent on our last trip. It’s huge! It feels more like an 8 person tent (maybe 6 kids and 2 adults or 6 large adults) and it’s tall, so it’s easy to stand in! The blue color was lovely and provided great shelter for my family.

Awesome Spacious Car Camping Tent!

Awesome spacious car camping tent! My fiance and I road tripped to the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone this summer and used the Aurora because it allowed heat to rise and give us a cooler night's sleep. We used it recently in Washington state with some rain, and it did great. We hope this tent will work great when we start a family. Until then we have a very spacious tent to sprawl. We love using our NEMO Moonlanders inside as nightstands, highly recommend!

Great Mid-size Tent!

Haven't used this much but I have been very impressed so far. I like that it is compact when stored and it has a lot of interior volume. I am 6'5" and there are very few tents of this size that I can stand up in. Steep sidewalls help it to feel very roomy. List any 4-person tent, this would fit 4 single camping pads but not much more. The only issue I've had is that it is a little tough to get the fly attached to the tent because it is very tight where the cross poles end. The other thing is that because the tent doesn't have a full fly I think it would need to be guyed down well in high winds. Overall great tent, though!
