Great Size But Needs The Speeddraw Lid
I really like the size of the bottle - purchased this size because I needed to have more room than what the pouch from my 18oz Nathan offered. Used this morning on an 18 mile run - but could not get much liquid out. I was having to squeeze with both hands and still not much. Desperate to find a replacement cap with the Nathan SpeedDraw technology - will also try the suggestion from another reviewer to get more flow. Besides that, love the amount of fluid it carries, how it fits in my hand, and all the gels I can pack into the pouch.

Best Running Bottle I Have Used So Far!
This is the best running water bottle I have. It holds a lot of water and some light emergency stuff in the pocket. At first it was difficult to get any water out. So, I pulled the light gray center rubber all the way out, then reinserted it just until the tabs clicked into place. After that, water flowed much better. Also, I took a can coozie and cut the bottom off of it and slid the sleeve onto the bottle to insulate it.

No Flow From Bottle
I couldn’t get good flow from the top and stupidly cut it back to increase flow, which worked , but now it leaks. Nathan is my favorite brand and I’ve never had a problem until now, before I trimmed the rubber I had to squeeze as hard as I could to get maybe and ounce of water.
