After already owning a Coulee 30 from Mystery Ranch i knew they made awesome products with very good quality materials and a great warranty. I wanted a hip pack to match and got myself the Hip Monkey. I love how much space it has, and it is very comfortable. I even use it as a sling pack. The only complaint i have and it should be 4.5 out of 5 stars, is the lack of strap keepers. It just doesn't look as sharp when straps are hanging. And if too much weight is in the pack and the straps loosen if its used as a sling pack. I know that with strap keepers, the pack would be 5 stars in my book!

I love the small size of the mini hip pack. I’m an avid walker and wanted something to hold my phone, tissues, lip balm etc. without bulkiness. It doesn’t bounce around . Exactly what I was looking for.

Great little bag that I have used as both a hip pack and cross body sling bag. Roomy without being cumbersome. Quality materials, and the construction, like every other Mystery Ranch bag I have, is stellar. Perfect companion on both my MTB and gravel bikes, and I also like it for light hikes where I just want to stash my keys, wallet, and phone.

I bought this hip pack to travel with. I was afraid that it might end up being over the top and more of a hassle. To my delight, even given its giant capacity, it fits just fine and isn't a hassle at all. I love the fact that it will hold everything that I need and have space (tons of space) for a few more items if I buy something along the way. It would be nice to have strap keepers built in, but some one wrap fixed that issue. I'd have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Got to lug my kid's water bottle, snacks, change if clothes, and other stuff for quick day day trips. Perfect size for wheb you don't need a full bookbag.
