I love the beef stroganoff so much that instead of cooking my work lunch or eating at a restaurant, which can get pricey, I'll bring this to work. We have a coffee maker that makes hot water and it's the easiest, filling, and quick clean up lunch. I also love that it's in a pro pak for long days hiking, climbing, fly fishing or backpacking!

Tasty good use of spices.. the meat was tough and seemed like it didn't completely rehydrate

We have tried many different kinds of Mountain House dehydrated meals. They are amazing complex in flavor, great tasting, and filling whether they are consume on an overnight climb or hike or just when I get lazy in the evening at home and want a good meal.

When I needed to purchase some food in case of an emergency I looked no further than mountain house....why? Because as far as taste and convenience its state of the art and has been that way for decades..drop mic I'm out

This has always been my favorite. It cooks well in reasonable time in even at high altitudes, and I like the taste. And it is not too bad when I accidentally add too much water

Although I have never tried Mountain House products, they came highly recommended by the staff whom, several years ago, held a community-wide emergency preparedness seminar. Since then, I have been slowly, stocking up on Mountain House products. I figured to date, I have approximately 16 to 17 days of Mountain House food products on hand. Since I live near the coast in Washington State, it's imperative that I am prepared in case an earthquake happens followed by a tsunami. Or any other disaster for that matter. I store approximately 7 days of food in my car and a little more at my house. Mountain House is a big part of my emergency preparedness plan. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do - I can rest assured knowing that I can take care of myself until help arrives. Thank you!

I had the #10 can, but wanted to take advantage of the perfect serving provided by these packages. Great to have for a quick meal even if you are at home. Easy to make and eat. Great taste fast. Glad I tried them. Will try other flavors. Recommend!

Like all your meals it is good. I tried another brand, it was not as good and was too expensive, and didn’t have free shipping!! My mistake!

I have eaten them over the years. always had some as reserve food stocks, be it when I lived in deep Winter areas, or down with Hurricane Issues. Having way to treat Water, make a fire and eat. Keep it simple !
I eat several varieties of mountain house meals but my wife loves this one so much it is the only one she eats. I have been eating the beef stroganoff for about 40 years now. I think it is quit good.
