Please Address The Zipper Issue…

2nd time using this cooler and the zipper broke…now I have a useless insulated bag with an open top…? Not a great look for the cost of this thing.

Buyer Beware!!!zipper Broke During First Use!

On 7/3/2024 Zipper broke during the first time using it. Wasn’t even half full! Went to pull to zip shut and done for. Can’t get the zipper back on. Ice cream melted on the way to my son’s baseball game and we weee in charge of snack this day.. many unhappy kids, melted ice cream and warm juice box. Purchased in February of 2024 and hadn’t used it til now. Waste of money

Chilladilla 42 Can Soft Sided Tote Cooler

I bought to use on vacation. Only used twice and the zipper doesn't work. You can zip it but it will bust right open and it was only half full. I loved the material but it's so hard that it is not easy to pack and unpack. I hate to say it was a waste of money.

Faulty Closure

Bought this cooler in September and have only used it less than 5 times and the zipper closure has failed. For what these cost, this is not good. I have the large hard cooler and it is great so I feel this is a defect.

Its a little bit on the larger side about the same size as the yeti of the same capacity , looks sturdy, well made , zip lock zipper technology, well insulated comfortable straps im going to try it out and will update review
