Very Basic

I bought this bike almost 3 months ago and already visit the bike repair shop. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's too basic. Only smooth, green trails. Don't use it aggressively. With any impact or fall, I can assure your bike will get damaged. It's a little uncomfortable. I've ridden on easy trails, but I don't think this is the right bike for that. It's simply a bike for a relaxing ride through the woods.

The chain keeps falling off track and the front quick tire release has issues. I only have used it twice and it seems like it is falling apart. Need to check back with Dick's to see if they can fix it or I have to return the bike. Hoping it works out but cautiously optimistic for now.

This is quite honestly a horrible bike, I’ve had nothing but headaches and problems with this thing since taking it home. Everything, shifting braking, durability inner tubes, handlebars bent. This thing is junk

If you have the heart of John Wick but not the wallet for a 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429, then the Mongoose Adult Switchback Comp Mountain Bike is the perfect bicycle for you. If John Wick turned into a bicycle he would be this bike and defeat all the other bike competitors effortlessly…!!! For the MSRP this bike is awesome for cardiovascular exercise, light trail riding, dodging zombie pigeons, running errands, fighting imaginary crime and impressing your neighborhood crush with your novice bike tricks.
