Boondocking In Remote Areas
I am totally amazed at the long range of these radios. I now have 3 MXT500 radios; 1 in my truck, 1 in my side-by-side, and 1 in my 5th wheel RV. When boondocking in the San Rafael swell in central Utah where there is no cell coverage, while out on a trail ride over 20 miles from my RV, I was able to have clear communication between my side-by-side and my RV.
