True to size, very comfortable and light weight. Like there not even there after wearing steel toe boots all day at work .

I have plantar facia. I have found these shoes have a perfect arch support for me. I did not have to use orthotic inserts. I have been walking without any issues with my feet. I also commend the roominess of the front toes. In my opnion, unlike other sneakers or sport shoes, which are tight against your toes, these shoes are roomy enough to the point that you can wiggle your toes while wearing them without it feeling tight.

Most reviewers here don't understand this shoe is not for everyone And is a minimalist shoe. I wouldn't hike up in the mountains in these with the nice swade leather and get em all yucky. Takes time to getting your feet used to this shoe. I love this shoe!!

I'm a woman with wide feet. Men's trail runners fit me perfectly. These have the best traction of any trail shoes I've ever had. Super comfortable, great quality. I bought two pair. I have the tan ones too and after hiking through a burn, the the black charcoal brushed off by itself. Amazing finish on these shoes!

The most comfortable shoe I’ve purchased in a long time. There are great colors available. I raved so much about my pair that my husband wanted me to order a pair for him. He has foot issues and these were better than a much more expensive brand. Great product.

This issue is similar to the trail gloves. More rubber/traction coverage around the sides of the foot cradle. I like the waffle grip. Still uses zero gravity bed. Top of foot case is a different mix of the usual waterproof and quick dry leather look. Ventilates easily. Bought a second pair. Has become my new trail glove type.

Great minimalist shoe. I get compliments on it all the time. I did have to return the first set due to sizing, but Merrell has that process down and I got the new one quickly. I will buy more!
As always Merrell has made another winner. They fit perfect an are very comfortable with out having to break in.
May not be the shoe's fault. I have a narrow heel and wide toe box. Right shoe is fine, but the left shoe is a little tight in the toe box. They are not great on concrete/streets, but they are made for softer trail use. They do have a thicker sole than most barefoot shoes.

Good shoe, though I'd like Merrell to take the grippy sole from this shoe and put it on the trail glove 7. This shoe doesn't so well in wet conditions. The trail glove 7 is an excellent shoe, but the tread is not robust enough on trails that I tend to walk. BTW, I've been a Merrell user since the 1980s, when all they made were hiking boots as I recall.

I purchased these shoes last year. I wear almost every day. Although I own a dozen pairs of shoes. They have top line comfortable fit. Great soles for any terrain. And even nice for casual nights out. Need to pick up another pair.

Got these shoes for doing yardwork and I absolutely love them. Right out of the box is a perfect fit, nice natural feel. I wish there was a version with less aggressive tread to wear as an everyday shoe.

True to size and fit. Another quality shoe to add to my Merrell collection.

This shoe is practically hands down the best Merrell came up with to date. I was specifically looking for a minimalist, flat soled shoe for archery and happened on to this one. It proved to be the best summer active shoe period. To start, I love the construction, leather outside, an amazing liner on inside, minimal sole with excellent grip. It really feels like walking barefoot, yet without really exposing one's feet. Another consideration was the toe box, looks sleek, yet wide enough to let those toes spread. If anything, my osteo-arthritis stopped bothering me as much since I adopted these ones. Overall feels like wearing moccasins, really. Very happy with that purchase, looking to get another pair.
