Merrell ruined these shoes. I've been wearing merrell slipons as my daily wear shoes for the last 10-15 years, but the last two pairs of jungle mocs I bought online have had horrible foot beds. There's now no arch support and instead there's a lump under the balls of my feet - it feels like my sock is folded over or something and over time is surprisingly painful. I kept hoping they'd break in - instead I ended up at a podiatrist. Bought the second pair assuming that it was just a defective pair, but they were worse. It's definitely a problem with the design - I started wearing my old beater pair and my foot pain slowly resolved. Wore one of the new pairs for a day as a test and the pain was back. I've been periodically trying them on at shoe stores hoping they'll go back to the previous design but no luck so far.

This is my second pair of these Moc's. The first was from many years ago and I finally wore them out. They are very comfortable and most importantly waterproof. Great for those early mornings were the grass is still wet as well as going our in a slight coating of snow. All around great choice at at good price.

I got my first pair in 2010 & have stayed with Jungle Mocs since then. Very comfortable & long lasting. My friend the podiatrist approves.

Excellent everyday shoes whether inside or out, whether shopping or walking, these shoes fit well, feel supportive, are comfortable and slip on and off with ease. They were so good, I bought four more pairs!

These are the best casual walking shoes I've ever owned. Very supportive, light, and comfortable. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair as well as winter slip-on boots from Merrell.
My Mocs
I have orthotics and need a deep heal & extra width. This is the only shoe that is comfortable & aids walking. Love them. I'm not supposed to walk in bare feet so I slide into them getting out of bed until getting back into bed.
These are a great comfortable slip-on style no lace shoes, with very good construction, perfect for casual wear.

Love them - can just step right into them - no need to bend down and pull on - hope this lasts!
I have been purchasing the Moc shoes for many years. Always reliable for the fit. The inner sole always wears out before the shoe goes. I would buy replacements. Other brand inners don’t fit as well as the Merrell ones do. If ever the Vibram sole Moc shoes become available, I would buy them. The Vibram sole gives superior grip on wet pavements.

Great looking shoe, well made and very comfortable - once you work out Merrell's inconsistent sizing. My foot size measures 10 1/2 D. Bought two mocs, one gun smoke and one black. Went up 1/2 size and wide for both. Also, sock thickness makes a difference. I do recommend but be prepared to exchange, hence the four stars.

I have been wearing these for 20 years. Unlike other slip ons, thèse give marvelous support and are perfectly adequate for moderately rigorous hiking. They last about 2 1/2 years with daily use averaging 5 miles of walking. Obviously, I love them.
