    Great Trail Shoe For Running Or Hiking

    I have several different Merrell shoes and these fit smaller than the others, size up one half size. Other than that they have good cushioning and the flex is firm enough that I have no issues on rocky terrain. Contrary to what others have mentioned I don’t have an issue with sidewalks or pavement, but did notice the rigid sole on flat surfaces when I first got them and would not use them for a day at Disneyland as an example. Mainly use them for trails which is what they seem meant for.
