Love this jacket. I bought it to replace an old Marmot softshell, which hadn’t died but I’m scared one day the stink won’t wash out. I run, bike, xc ski in the old one and love it. I tried this out on a cold run and am just as happy. It isn’t stiff or too loud. It will keep the snow/rain off me when it’s wet. And best of all it’s the right weight. Thicker and warmer than a thin wind blocker but not as warm as a big softshell or thing puffy. It’s the perfect layer for my 5am 15-25 degree runs!
