This is the third rain jacket from Marmot that I have owned. They are great!

Good fit on the shoulder and body, forearm is a bit too tight if you have any midlayer. Good water repellency too.

I've worn this on the trail as well as around town in some pretty nasty rain. Always kept me dry and warm in cold weather.

Mine is an earlier model. Water proof, great wrist closures and hoods. But darn material rips just way to easy even against a wood corner. Love it otherwise. Lets hope the super duct take fix holds. Gore-tex is heavier yes, but is much tougher and in my view safer when out in the wilderness walking through dense tree and brush areas in terms of keeping you from getting wet and freezing.

Excellent quality, super lightweight. High quality rain jacket. Thank you 😊
Great fit and it keeps me dry. I pair it with a fleece during the winter as a windbreak. Works great!

Great rainwear! Roomy, well vented and durable. This is my second Precip. The first one lasted nearly 25 years. Highly Recvomend this rain Jacket

The Marmot Eco PreCip Jacket's lightweight and small packable size make it perfect for bringing along in my pack. I get overheated easily when hiking and the pit zips on this jacket are great for breathability. I wear it on the trail and around town when I have to go out in the rain.

Great coat and does an excellent job at keeping the rain out and tough against the branches that like to reach out and grab you. Only down fall is if you are warm blooded does not vent well and you will be sweating almost to where you feel you were wet from rain. More venting options would be ideal.

Awesome shell. Perfectly sized to fit over a hoodie. Lightweight, easy to pack & take along for those "just in case days."

Finally got to take my jacket through a rainstorm. 20+ sustained winds. Fast hike, where my legs got sweaty. But this jacket kept me DRY from the weather AND DRY from the inside, due to its great breathability. Great jacket!

I love that it is made of quality material. At first, I thought it was just a lightweight jacket, but the lining is surprisingly warm. I like it a lot.

A great lightweight airtight jacket for wind and rain. Easy to order and exchange for the correct size. Comes in a broad selection of body type sizes.
