Great Rainlayer, Surprising Durable

Bought this as a lightweight backup windshell / rain layer. Packs great and is waterproof as expected, but I was surprised with it resisting some branches and sharp gear (I'm clumsy) and it somehow is still hole free after six months. Would recommend strongly for runners, lightweight backpackers, climbers, and city use.

One Of My Favorite Layers

So light, so packable and I use this year-round. Its durable for what it is and love it! I use it for fast laps up and down the skin-tracks, nordic, running, travel and casual.

Great Wind Layer

This is a great, lightweight wind-breaking layer. I used it for cold temp winter running in Alaska. It also serves well as a light layer for speed hikes to peaks in the summer. I have been impressed with Mammut's fit and finish. Very well made.

Great Lightweight Packable Jacket

This jacket is my overall favorite windbreaker. It is lightweight and packable. Breathes well and has an athletic fit. It is true to size and cuts down in the wind chill. Zippers are snag free and very smooth and the Aenergy line from Mammut is very well made, durable but lightweight and I have no complaints.

Perfect

I'm very particular when it comes to running jackets. I really need, light weight yet wind and water resistant, breathability, adjustable sleeve cuffs, or in this case, elastic cuffs, one chest pocket, and great quality zippers. This jacket meets it all. Keep in mind this is extremely thin and not sufficient for very cold weather, I use it for running in low to mid 50⁰ weather.
