Great Hiking Shoes

This is my third pair of Lowe Renegade GTX shoes. The fit is consistent and there is no break in period as these shoes feel comfortable the first day out on the trail.

Expensive But High Quality

Big fan of these shoes. I bought these a year ago and they still feel new. I wore them through the winter rains in California, hiking 2-3 miles a day, and they have been my snow boots all this season. They are waterproof, still look clean and new, and are mostly comfy to wear all day. I'm size 8-8.5 womens and the 8.5 I got are just right- room for thick socks, but can tighten up plenty with the laces. I really like the color (graphite/rose) and they sure get the job done. Looking forward to many more years in these!

Great Lightweight Hiking Boots!

I've been wearing these Lowa Renegade GTX boots for about a month and they are lightweight, comfortable and fairly warm. They fit TTS and were comfortable right out of the box. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is that one of the speed laces is bent in and the lace doesn't always catch properly, and the sole is occasionally slippery on wet leaves, etc. Aside from those minor flaws, these are a great, comfy, good looking boot.

Not A Narrow Boot.

I bought these boots after hearing that they were narrower than the other boots. The boots are very good quality, I especially like the ease of pulling them on. Nice! U walk in Rocky areas and they have good support, but I have narrow heels. These are not narrow. I will use them with heavy socks as winter comes on but can't wear them in warm weather.
