Comfortable High Rise Cycling Shorts

I own several pairs of these cycling shorts and find them to be among my most comfortable in the saddle. The gel chamois is well padded yet airy in the front soft tissue area. The rise is high waisted and the leg length is mid thigh and close fitting without being too snug. Really quite comfortable and they’ve maintained their shape and comfort for many rides and many washings.

Good Pair Of Padded Bike Shorts

These made a definite difference in the account of comfort during my ride, as well as a noticeable difference in lack of soreness afterwards. I felt like they stayed in place very well and I didn't have to make any adjustments to the position if I had to get off then back on my bike.

Literally Saved My Butt!

I bought these to use with my road bike, which has a cushioned but very narrow seat. If I go for a ride longer than 45 minutes, I usually am sore along my pubic bone. These shorts helped a lot with my 2 hour bike ride this weekend—no discomfort at all! I was also pleased with the fit. I’m 5’6”, 160lbs with most of the weight carried in my thighs, so I often have trouble finding shorts that don’t squeeze too much and don’t ride up. These were long enough that they grabbed my thigh at the narrowest part by the knee, and didn’t ride up because of the nonslip band around the leg opening. These have a mid rise, which is not what I normally go for because I’m afraid they will fall down, but these stayed put! I got a size M for reference.
