Luxurious And Comfy, But Handle With Care
I'm a rider who's on the bigger side. 174cm and 95kg. So I was glad to find the jersey in a size L fit me perfectly. It's my usual T-shirt size. The fit is close to the body without restricting movement. If I wanted a bit more relaxed fit I would order XL but I think i would have problem with sleeves being too long. I think going true to size is the way to go. I started using now when 12°C at 7am up to 20°C. Starting at 18°C if there is no wind to cool you down you will feel toasty. But as soon as you are moving, no discomfort at all. The colder it gets the more I will use it for sure. You'll definitely want a wind vest for colder, windier rides. The overall quality feels very good. The fabric is soft and smooth, but it is a bit delicate. Be careful around bushes or with velcro, as it can easily snag. I learned this the hard way when my glove's velcro scratched the cuff. I love this piece of kit so much I'm extremely careful with it now. The zippers are smooth and the pockets are deep and secure. One of the pockets even has a protective lining on the outside. For water proofing? Which seems perfect for adding a bit of extra protection for a phone. A very nice touch.
