Exactly What I Was Looking For.
So far so good! I had to size up as they fit a little tight. Lightweight and the traction feels great! First time trying this brand, but will keep them in mind for future purchases.

One Tough Trail Shoe!!
This is my second pair of Bushido's. They have been solid from local trail runs to scrambling in the high sierras. What attracted me to the shoe was the integrated rock plate, waterproof features and durability. I’m still rocking my fist pair, as the shoe is highly durable and quality built. I can’t think of a better shoe for high altitude scrambling, tue aggressive tread keeps you safe when ascending/descending mountains!

Comfort And Confidence
Runs half a size small I would say, I wear 9.5 and 42.5 was too small, but 43 was perfect. No break in was necessary. Did 2 5ks in on mix of trail, rock path, sand, grass and some mud and these felt great. No blisters, no hot spots, just high confidence feeling of high quality shoe. Quite perfect I would say. Not very pleasant on asphalt or treadmill, but that’s not these are for.
