Expensive Brand - Cheep Defective Product

Ordered two strap kits. Each kit contains two straps. Two straps are required for each bike. One of the kits has a defective strap. It is missing the sewn in D-ring in the end of if for the Velcro strap to loop back through and tighten down for attachment / securing. Without the D-ring the strap is useless. Cheep junk for an expensive brand (Kuat) to have their name on.
