Very warm and breathes very well. The fuzzy side doesn't get cold when you first get under the covers. Easy to wash and very durable, great to keep in the car. My dog really likes the fuzzy side is strong to hold up to his claws. I like it so much I use it at home for my regular quilt. Also, very useful to use during the winter on the couch. Thick and fluffy still packs down to the size of a standard sleeping bag.

Warm blanket. Good, strong fabric layer on top and comfy, soft layer on bottom. Hard to get the pet hair cleaned off. Probably better for home than camping and outdoor use.

Gf Loves It

The GF and I camp out of my old van or occasionally a tent when on dirt biking trips, and in northern WI & MN it's often colder than she'd prefer. That said, this blanket has made a big impact on how comfortable she is and has helped extend our riding season. It's heavy, thick, and the soft on the one side. It is only ok for car camping or home use. Do not expect to pack this blanket.

It keeps me pretty warm and it’s very comfy. It’s little heavy for a blanket so keep that in mind when you’re purchasing it.

Cozy Enough For My Cat

When this isn't on a camping trip, it's on our couch. My cat has literally never had interest in hanging with us on the couch until the Klymit Homestead entered the picture. If that isn't a sign of quality I don't know what is.
