Great Performance, Needs Refinement!

The Kelty Cosmic Ultra 20° Down Sleeping Bag performed well in the last reading. Kelty Cosmic Ultra 20° Down Sleeping Bag was warm pretty evenly across the sleeping bag. The hood on the Kelty Cosmic Ultra 20° Down Sleeping Bag is horrible. It was digging into my nose/eyes. The Kelty Cosmic Ultra 20° Down Sleeping Bag is comfortable and I was pretty impressed. I would not take the Kelty Cosmic Ultra 20° Down Sleeping Bag below 22/23 degrees, but it handled it well! A great beginner down sleeping bag that is very versatile. I have a 0 degree Fahrenheit bag that I take out in the winter. It’s almost too warm sometimes. This Kelty bag is lighter and easily covers a big percentage of my winter trips. Love it

Warm And Luscious Sleeping Bag!

I bought this bag for tent and car camping in down to 30s temps. My 650 down fill bag did not cut it for me, so I went for the 800 Dridown bag. I am so glad I did! I'm an athletic built 5'4" (120 lb) female, 65 y/o and this bag is perfect fit for me. I like the extra room at the feet. I have room to roll on my side if I wish. #1, It's as warm as my 800 down fill coat and stays puffy because of the small percentage of added fill. I haven't tested it, but it's the small portion of polyester fill that makes this bag dryer than a full down bag. I found out how important it is for the bag to dry out after sleeping in a rain soaked tent which is reason #2 for buying this great Kelty bag. This is a fantastic bag all around. The zippers work very well and have a protective ledge to run on so they don't snag in either direction. The head piece cinches well around my head, if needed. It even comes with a stuff sack made of similar material. My only wish is that it came with a mesh storage sack. Otherwise, this is a perfect and dreamy bag!
